Design. I make use of open & free designs by adapting them or deriving my own from them. This removes a very expensive and time-consuming visual design step from the whole process.
Develop. You'll often get the first cut of your site in a few hours. From then on, frequent updates and frequent feedback are the order of the day and you get to decide when it's done.
Deploy. I offer domain registration and hosting too, of course.
